Free Worldwide Shipping & Tax Included on All Orders (DDP)
1) How long does delivery take?
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances)
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days (Free, Tax included)
Expedited Shipping: 4–6 business days (Additional fee, Tax included)
2) What countries do you ship to?
We ship directly from our Hong Kong warehouse and cover worldwide delivery. Most countries and regions are included — order with confidence.
Note: Certain U.S. regions are excluded from delivery, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, and U.S. Armed Forces addresses.
3) How will my order be shipped?
We work with reliable logistics partners (such as UPS/DHL/USPS). The carrier will be automatically assigned based on your shipping address. All orders are shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning shipping and taxes are already included — no extra fees upon delivery.
4) If I order multiple items, will they arrive together?
We try to ship all items together. Depending on availability and shipping methods, your order may be split into multiple packages. You’ll receive a tracking email for each shipment.
5) Can I change the delivery address after shipment?
Once a package is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.
